We are accepting more schools than usual for this festival. In the past couple of years schools have dropped out of the festival after initial acceptance and a number of schools have brought fewer participants than the maximum.

The following information is due to AMIS headquarters as soon as possible:

1. Whether or not your school will accept your place in the festival.
   If we do not have your acceptance by June 10, 2006, we will remove your school from the festival list.
2. Payment is due August 1, 2006. Please enclose a copy of the invoice sent to you and make sure that the payment uses the reference on your invoice.

If we do not receive your payment as requested, we will remove your school from the festival list.
