  1. Applications will be accepted through May 25 ,by completing this form and submitting, faxing the information, posting, or by email attachment to AMIS headquarters.
  2. School names will be drawn from the list of applicants on May 26.
  3. When the maximum of participants is reached, the next applicants
    will be placed in order on a waiting list.
  4. Candidates will be notified of results by
    email on May 26. A list will also be posted on the AMIS web site.
  5. All music and registration fees must be received on or before August 1, 2006
    An invoice will be sent to you as an E-mail attachment as soon as you have accepted your school's place in the festival.
  6. Until these payments are received a place in the festival is not guaranteed.
  7. As soon as possible after August 1, music will be posted to participating schools.

    Submission of this form indicates our application to participate in the AMIS Middle School Honor Boy's Choir Festival in October 2007 at The Antwerp International School with a maximum of 6 students in grades 5, 6, 7, 8.

    This group must include 1 boy with changed or changing voice (a “baritone” singer) and may include 2 changed or changing voices.

    Schools are requested to bring a balanced ensemble: 2S, 2A, 2B. When bringing only one B singer, the 6th singer may be either S or A.
