If your school has stated a preference to be accommodated in the hotel please complete the following sharing list FOR YOUR STUDENTS. All rooms are doubles. If you have an uneven number of students, the singleton will most likely be housed with a student from another school.

AS IN THE PAST, IF MALE/FEMALE NUMBERS ARE UNEVEN ONE OF YOUR STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO SHARE A ROOM WITH A STUDENT FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL. IN THE CASE OF ALTERNATES, THEY WILL TAKE OVER THE BOOKING OF THE CANCELLING STUDENT. IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS, SO THAT STUDENTS CAN ROOM WITH FRIENDS AND SCHOOLMATES, BUT IT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED TO SINGLE ROOMS UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

Actual hotel and room assignments will be made by AMIS headquarters. You will be notified as early as possible exactly what these assignments will be, but will probably not know these until the week of the festival.
