Remember that the Solo and Ensemble Festival is a one-day festival. For all other festivals, the days before (Wednesday) and after (Sunday) are travel days. Housing is for 4 nights beginning on Wednesday. The rehearsals start at the beginning of the school day on Thursday. Unless a school is “local”it is not possible for the participants to arrive on Thursday morning of the festival. Please also remember to plan your arrival and departures times to be considerate to host families.

Please enter complete information - many cities have more than one airport, more than one train station. A complete flight listing for a London location might say "Stansted Airport, EasyJet 999, Palmas to Stansted". Please be a specific as you possibly can.
